What to do? That is the question of the day.

The answer? Do not tell my son that his father is in critical condition and its uncertain whether or not he will pull thru. Let my son get thru his demons and struggles without any hurtles to cause setback or overdose.

The flip side of the coin? He hates me down the road for not telling him.  I can live with that.

Sad. Really, really sad.
